This page contains step-by-step instructions on how to place your order with us at Graphic Display.

Product Shop
Our online shop features products for Pop up Displays, Banner stands and Accessories. Click on one of these to see our selection of products.

For each product you will find:
one or more images.
a description of the product.
background information.
the opportunity to buy accessories and graphics for the product.

Your Shopping Basket
The Shopping Basket is where you store items you intend to buy. You can always delete items from the Shopping Basket or save them for later if you change your mind. When you find what you want (or what you might want), make sure you put a number greater than one in the quantity field and click the "Add to Basket" button. You will then be taken to your Shopping Basket.

You can also reach your Shopping Basket by clicking on "View Basket" in the top right-hand corner of the page.

On your Shopping Basket page you can delete items and make changes to your order. If you are logged in, you can also change your invoice and delivery addresses.

You can also choose between Standard Delivery which is 5 working days and Express Delivery which is 2 working days at a 25% premium of the total order value. Use the ‘Production Charges’ drop down to make the change.

There is a delete icon to the far right of each product which allows you to delete it. There’s also a PDF icon which when clicked allows you to download full details on the product.

To complete your order click on Checkout Now.

Register/FastTrack/Login
The are three ways complete your order. If you already have an account, login using your email address and password. If you are a new customer, choose Fast Track or Register for an account.

FastTrack – this allows you to make a purchase without registering your details.

Registering
To register just select I'm a new customer radio button and click on the Login in button. The e-mail address you provide here will be the only e-mail address we can use to communicate with you about your order, so please double-check it.

Artwork Upload
If you have ordered a product that requires graphics you will be asked to upload artwork here.

A list of products that require graphics will be listed. You should provide files in ZIP or SIT archives.

Entering Your Payment Details
You’ll then be asked to enter your credit or debit card details. For debit cards you’ll be asked to enter the start date of your card.

Order Completed Screen
If you have an account with our sister company, Service Graphics, you have the opportunity to add your “Credit Account Customer Number”.

Login
Once registered you can login either by clicking on the Login in the top right hand corner, or by clicking on the Login/Register item in the left hand bank of navigation.

Forgotten your Password?
Simply click on Forgotten your password? under the login button. You will be asked for the email address you used to register.

Logout
You can logout at any time by clicking on Logout in the top right hand corner. Please note however that by logging out everything in your basket will be lost.

Order History
You can see your order history by clicking on Order History in the top right hand corner or in the Your Account link in the left hand navigation
