The shift manager will be responsible for overseeing all shifts and full production processes based on a 24/7 12 hour shift pattern covering day/night and weekend production. Knowledge of both print & bindery functions would be ideal, and also effectiveness of working towards a lean manufacturing principle. This role reports directly to the Operations Director.
