The marketing suite for St George’s Fulham Reach in Chelsea offered a glimpse of the stylish accommodation to come. Now being recognised as an ‘award winning development’, Fulham Reach is located along the River Thames and include apartments boasting views that stretch across to Hammersmith Bridge and further.

To conceal construction work we installed sophisticated gold on light grey di-bond panel hoarding and replicated on window graphics. We also included large lifestyle snapshots that helped to bring the development plans to life, with each impressive graphics promoting the experience of living in such an attractive and inviting space.

Kidbrooke Village is a stylish regeneration project in South-East London offering modern apartments, urban houses, walkways and green spaces that are ideal for city living. The company’s logo and strapline were produced using CNC cut-brushed aluminium for a sleek finish and mounted on the reception desk within the Marketing Suite.

As a whole these elements added a simple yet sophisticated look to complement the attractive setting of natural colours and subdued lighting.

If you have ever come across a Ballymore building you will understand when they say their vision is creative, carefully executed and broad in scope. As a developer with vast and varied experience, who have pioneered some of Europe’s largest regeneration projects their style is well known and their branding potent. In an area encircled by water and steeped in maritime history, the City Island and Goodluck Hope concept was born and thus the development began.

We were tasked with providing hoarding and wayfinding signage that was both in line with the client’s brand and also their vision for the project. This meant merging history in all its rustic glory and the bright future ahead and communicating that through our products. The end results were full colour printed vinyl applications that reflected the past while highlighting the promise of a dynamic new neighbourhood.
