How it works
One of our drivers will arrive at your office at a pre-arranged time. On collection, your mail is scanned and overprinted with an individual tracking code, PPI and return address. The items are then photographed and linked to the name and address shown in the window, which provides proof of posting. The mail is then sorted overnight for dispatch to the local Royal Mail delivery office the following morning for next day delivery. The day after posting [if tracking and proof is required], we can provide a photo image of the envelope showing the tracked barcode and the time and date that it was processed. This allows reporting to show if a delay has happened internally, or if a mail item was incorrectly presented.
We can also provide evidence to show packaging failures which can cause a letter to be unable to be presented for delivery. Such items are returned the following day for action and information is then used for reporting and training to improve the quality of mail produced. Any returned mail items have a fast turnaround. On the day they are returned via Royal Mail, they are handed over to the mail room for a response.
